If I order pens today when will I receive them?
Pens take approximately 2 weeks from artwork approval till dispatch. However we aim to get all orders out ASAP and if there is a date that you need your pens by let us know and we will make sure you get them on time.

Can I get a preview of my design before placing an order?
Absolutely! Simply contact us with your requirements and we will set up a draft of how the artwork will look on your pen.

What colour writing ink will my pen have?
Unless otherwise stated all our pens come with black ink. We can send you blue refills for most pens at an extra cost.

What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer bank transfer but also accept cheques as well as credit card or Paypal. Credit card and paypal will incur a 2.6% fee.

How do I send my artwork?
After placing your order you will be be directed to an artwork upload page. Alternatively you can email you artwork through to phil@penguinprinting.com.au.
